"Very small dated bathroom. Shower water tap felt like was going to fall off. Cockroach in room. Breakfast was very minimal…cereal, protein bars and muffins as far as food goes."

I would stay here again a without doubt. Great stop for two nights while watching a concert in Knoxville. Staff were excellent and friendly. "

"A little strange being 2 Hotels in one (Laquinta and Hawthorn Extended Stay) didn’t cause any issues, just a little strange. Not a lot right around the Hotel, but plenty a couple miles away. This hotel sits in same parking lot as a Red Roof Inn (which looked pretty run down)"

"Breakfast was excellent and well stocked. The room was clean and comfortable. Every member of the staff we encountered were fabulous including JC in the lobby bar who was very busy but still managed to make us feel like the only customers. "

"I would not recommend staying here. The property is incredibly run down and dirty. No ice machines were functioning either. I’m also having to call my credit card company to dispute charges because the front desk charged my card three times."

"Elevator was out of order. There was a fake thermostat on the wall in the room which wasn’t connected. The breakfast appeared to be the same dried out sausage from the previous several days, not edible. The desk personnel were hard to understand, it’s America, speak English! I won’t be returning!"
