Overall it was a good stay the room was clean.The staff was good in the beginning but at checkout the women working the front desk was rude and acted as if she didn’t want to be ask questions about the shuttles. And there was a problem with the printer I assume because I never received my receipt and she said she would email it .

Staff went out of their way to help in any way they could.

Close to Union Station— five minutes‘ walk with luggage; central location close to Metro/Union Station; excellent and helpful staff. Pub and restaurant downstairs, 24 hour access to coffee/tea on 2nd floor; clean room, double shades to block light. Business center is adequate, gym is above average; enjoyed my stay and will return. Honestly you cannot beat the location whether talking the train or metro from the airports. Short walk to the US Capitol.
