“Location was perfect. I have zero complaints and would happily stay here again. Host was responsive and very friendly. Place was clean and nicely decorated and while on the small side it worked for me and my mom’s girls weekend. We took the golf cart out to a couple of local spots and it made our trip memorable and fun. I recommend visiting the seal sanctuary, Franklin Trail, Brass Bird Coffee, and Little Dom’s for dinner. Great place for a get away.”

“This beach house is our fav little spot. It's nearly beachfront property, very clean and a perfect stay. The owners are quick with their responses. We have stayed here two years in a row for Spring Break and have loved it every time. Zero issues! Can't wait for next year.”

“Great location for 6 of us - 2 kids (6 & 8), parents, and grandparents. We mostly ate dinners out. Kitchen was well appointed, but would have been a tight squeeze for dining (especially because it was a little too chilly to use the outside table). Place was spotless, well-appointed with towels and supplies, and thoughtfully designed to maximize the space. Easy walk into town for restaurants and wine, and to the ocean. Excellent communication from the management company before, during, and after……

“Our family of four (including a one year old and three year old) stayed really comfortably between the two bedrooms. The living room / dinning area has a great amount of space to hangout in. We had more family staying in another unit and we mostly hung out in this unit for meals and movie time with that big comfy couch!”

“Lovely ground floor apartment with private patio. Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated/furnished with lovely touches such as books and candles. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could require. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious which would be a bonus for larger parties. Clear instructions given about check in and out process and helpful notes about the property and surrounding area (things to do, restaurants etc.) Location was great - an easy short walk to the beach……

“My family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, new, and so close to the beach. We walked to everything we needed (groceries, restaurants, ice cream, surf shop) and took strolls along the beach. Multiple other beaches with surfable waves were a short drive away. Communication with the owners was great. Check in and out was seamless. It really was perfect. Highly recommended.”

“This was a nice condo with good indoor and outdoor space. Renovated but not high end. No central heat (some wall units in 2 bedrooms only) or air (but not uncommon in California). Nice outdoor upstairs patio and upstairs suite. Spacious bedrooms and overall well appointed. No dishwasher or water line hook up for ice maker or water dispenser. Refrigerator stopped cooling last 2 days before we were to leave- over weekend (of a big storm) leaving us to cool things with bags of ice. Management was……

“Mark was so easy to deal with. He answered all our questions promptly and his intro packet was very helpful. We stayed there almost three weeks. On our third day, the disposal stopped working. We notified Mark and the next day it was fixed. That was how easy it was to work with him. It was a great place tostay.”

“It was the perfect beach retreat for our old gals college reunion. Perfect view, steps from the beach, comfy beds and linens and everything you could need. Space was well designed for the size.
