“I wish we could have stayed longer. Our three pups loved all the new smells while they investigated most of the property. There is also a fenced area although, we didn't need to use it. Kelsey is an awesome host and provides all the details needed either in the listing, or via messaging after booking. She was quick to respond when I did reach out a couple of times but later when packing up, I found the binder, we covered accidently on arrival that may have had those answers. Whoops! The house...

“Home is great. A bit of a challenge to reach due to part of the Blue Ridge Parkway being closed due to Helene. Went with the notion of being a wedding anniversary and near a dark sky site. Excellent in terms of privacy and relative darkness. Spouse is 5'2" and had a lot of trouble entering and exiting the hot tub. The mini split ACs are very effective, although it was challenging to understand they all have to be set to AC or heat to work. I'm technically inclined, so this did not pose an issue...

“The cabins at Serenity Ridge were absolutely AMAZING! communication with property was super fast, the grounds and cabin provided so much relaxation! Walking trails were well kept, common areas easy to use and well stocked with firewood! We will be back!!!”

“Captain's Cabin is charming, welcoming and generously appointed for maximum comfort. Juliana thought of everything! We had a wonderful, relaxing stay--especially while drinking coffee in the mornings, on the screened back porch. The cabin is located in a rural area, so there are roosters crowing and dogs barking. But, I would go again tomorrow if I could! A couple of good restaurants downtown topped off the pleasant weekend. Can't wait for next time.”

“This cabin was just as advertised and more. Host and friends were wonderful. Constantly surprised every morning. So tucked away and private and we were able to catch a nice buck and doe on our last night. Birds and squirrels just hanging out while having our morning coffee. We will be back soon.”

“The whole stay was so relaxing and the cabin was so beautiful. Perfect for what we had in mind. It had everything we needed. We just had to bring ourselves and food. The cabin was very clean. We had a blast with the pool table. The back yard wasvery spacious and well groomed. It was hard to leave when the time came to pack up and go at the end of our stay. It was thebest way to start my 50th decade .”
