"While the inside is exactly as expected based off the pictures, unfortunately the outside needs quite a bit of work. The concrete was severely cracked and missing sections and the yard was not visually appealing. Neighbors were also very sketchy and had quite a large tent in the front yard that people kept going in and out of like folks were living there, quite odd. I would not stay in this area again. Great apartment inside so kudos there to the host. "

"The condo was clean and as advertised. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Great location with easy walk to beach and restaurants. Our only frustration was that communication with management was significantly delayed for needs related to the unit that needed to be addressed. If communication hadn’t been so poor, this would be a 5 star rating. "

"The host was great with communication and allowing us to park there while we waited to check-in. the Apt is located within walking distance from the beach but definitely not an easy walk if you have any knee problems, children in tow or a lot of beach gear. going down is easy but coming up the hill is quite the workout. The apt is spacious and bright but there holes in ceilings and floor corners that you can see insulation and wall inards. it is a good place to sleep thats about it. nice little...
