“The rooms are very cute and beachy feeling with nice decor. Super close to the beach and nice restaurants, eveninthe off-season. If you're a light sleeper, beware the train goes by several times over night. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Room was good for a beach hotel and we had a view of the ocean 🌊. Was asked if we were okay walking up to 2nd floor was a little bit of a climb but worth it. Breakfast was great. ”

“Parking was easy and in a safe area. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with microwave, tv, table, desk and 2 chairs, lg bathroom and good hot water. There is coffee and tea in the office. ”

“This was my first trip away since having kids 12 years ago. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. The parking lot, lobby, halls and room were very clean. Our dinner and breakfast at the Inn were absolutely delicious. The ingredients were fresh and the flavors complimented each other well. It was difficult to make a choice on what to order. We didn't have a pet with us but did see several dogs during dining and were impressed with dog menu. I would highly recommend to anyone……

“We booked a stay at the Old Orchard Inn and had a mixed experience overall. The check-in process was confusing from the start. We initially walked into the building shown in the listing photos—a beautifully restored colonial—but there was no one there. After a few minutes, a staff member arrived and directed us to a different building on the property for check-in. It was then that we learned our room was located in another building, which was noticeably less charming than the one……

“Was as expected for a cheap hotel. Good enough for a night or two ”

“It was okay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable which is important. The coffee pot wasn't washed and the stoppers in both the sink and tub were broken and laying next to them. Both worked fine you just weren't able to take a bath or fill the sink. For an overnight or 2 it's okay. ”
