“I would recommend the Friendship Oceanfront Suites to everyone. Polite and courteous staff, the owners are on hand every day. They welcome you with a smile and ask you to let them know if you need anything. In the reception area there is a wonderful coffee/tea selection, a hot/cold water fountain, along with pastries There is also a bowl of different chocolates or candy on the counter, that I am sure the staff hated to see me coming everyday. “First and foremost, the staff here are wonderful and the property is beautiful. We have stayed 2x so far and it won't be our last! Great location, clean rooms, very comfy beds and nice views. I can't comment on the pool because both times we stayed was out of season. But it's a straight shot to the beach and OOB is a short walk. The location is perfect. Only downside is the train that comes by. But honestly, if you're doing it right you will be so dead tired you won't care. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Very nice motel right on the beach. We had everything in our room, a kitchenette, fridge, two nice beds with a separator. Nicely designed room. We will definitely use this place again.”

“The room itself was very clean. The essentials were provided. Everyone was super accommodating and the location was excellent. The train was loud and there was lots of late night noise despite managers attempts however we had a wonderful couple of days and the beach was very close by and of course beautiful.”

“The first room had a ciggy smell. The second cabin had sewer/septic issues. It had that acrid smell. Made me sick. Played havoc with my repiratory system. Maybe mold too. No cable tv. Just penurious wifi tv. Blinds were transparent. Window on door had none. Parking area was full of ditches.”

“This property is run down, dirty and pretty bad overall. We had blood on sheets in the room, there were bugs inside the old windows, did not feel safe and every surface of the desks and nightstands to the floor felt sticky and dirty. The doors to go up and down the stairs were so filthy you needed to use your elbow so as not to get too dirty. Icw doesn’t work except in main building and breakfast was just basic. We wanted to enjoy this place so badly but instead we just choked on the excessive……

Points négatifs : La chambre était beaucoup plus petite que ce que les photos laissaient paraître. L’insonorisation laissait à désirer. Nous entendions très bien les bruits provenant du corridor et des chambres voisines.”

“the ceiling had a leak and instead of moving us they said we will get you more towels which meant 1 more towel. tried to turn the heat up and it was just blowing cold air. if you stay here do not expect anything nice.”
