“I stayed at property for business for 10 days. Property is older but plenty of room. My largest company would be living room furniture. Couch felt like sitting on a hard board and no way to get comfortable. Place is dated and things breaking but it is functional.”

“Stayed here for the Jalapeno 100 bike ride. The house was clean, well organized and a great layout. Especially appreciated the dual drip coffee/k-cup Ninja coffee maker. Easy access to restaurants downtown and the start of the bike ride. Will book again for the bike ride next year!”

Outside/neighborhood unclean and trash everywhere Christmas weekend Kitchen stocked/supplies. No dishwasher, so we bought paper goods Thermostat was new tech, difficult to manage. Would suggest an “instruction booklet” to provide information specific to property, available TV channels/ operation, thermostat……

“The backyard and the pool sold us on the listing and proved to be the star of the stay. We were glad we heated the pool for our April stay. We also enjoyed birdwatching from the backyard as it overlooks a little water. The house is very clean. The beds and all other furnishings are adequate, but nothing more. The kitchen is sparsely furnished and supplies seemed “rationed” to the day. None of this would prevent us from recommending the property or staying there again.”
