“Loved the location and that the room had a balcony and room with a lake view. The check in attendant said the bar would be open at 6 but it never opened. I did love the use of the kayak the hot tub although I wished it was outdoors. It’s not in a very appealing location. Feels a bit dark. Always find that the shoulder seasons of hospitality are a challenge and that many places don’t offer the services they advertise.”

“Overall a very good 2-day stay. Check‐in was ok. The elevators were out of order. So we had to use the service elevators. But the check-in itself was very easy. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to provide great service. We had a room on Main street. So it was a bit noise, especially when the garbage truck picked up garbage. I suggest trying to get a room on the parking lot side. The location was great- near everything!”

“I was in a room on the 1st floor because I can't go up a lot of stairs. I was only there for one night. The sign is hard to see at night, that's how I drove right by it. This room came with its own bath which was great. The tub was a bit too steep and needs to have something to mitigate slipping, maybe accessibility bars on the side. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean and tidy, I much appreciated that.”

“We checked in late, and staff seemed to be attending a function or dinner crowd? He was very friendly and accomodating, but the organization of the establishment was lacking. Didnt know the room, the price, and didnt take my card info. The suite we reserved appeared to have been given away or unavailable, and we were given the choice of a room w a Sofa bed (that we unfolded and no interest), or a white rugged room that could not be locked from the inside.”
