“Would definitely stay again. Home was clean and good size. Did not catch that it was on the 3rd floor but was worth the climb. Lovely screened in porch. Nice furniture and plenty of room.Only negatives there wasn’t any shampoo but we had our own. Would have liked 6 sets of silverware so we wouldn’t have to have ran the dishwasher as often. ”

“Good location for Busch gardens but facility is very run down and was clearly some dorm set up. Clean and operational, but didnt have kitchen knives , only some plates and forks. Unit was clean but very run down. Host few is very high for the amenities - pool dirty and grills didnt work.”

“The rental was very clean and came with everything promised to make it a smooth and comfortable stay. Very safe neighborhood with a couple of high end restaurants and coffee/ice cream places within walking distance. The back sliding door could use some WD40 or realignment as my friend and I struggled to open and close it. We would recommend and stay again. ”

“Im local but needed a place to stay in between homes. I stayed 38 days . Recently remolded quite and comfortable. The host thought of every need .The location is within a mile of stores,grocery etc and walking distance of two nice restaurants. Convenient to I/75 and a light traffic area. The apartment was over sized by today's standards that includes a large laundry room. I would definitely stay here again if in need again. Loved it !”

“Just north of downtown this place is convenient stay for driving to downtown and the river area, Ybor or Raymond James Stadium. The property is well maintained, the photos you see online are accurate to the condition. It has a refined, yet relaxed lounge feel. I'll definitely book it again the next time I'm in Tampa. ”

“My husband and i needed a place for the night. Instead of paying for a hotel we. stayed in this room at Little Harbor. The room was exactly as stated in the description.The bed was comfortable and tne owner was easy to communicate with. “Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Unfortunately we were not here for a vacation. We had family business to attend to. However at sunrise it was a pleasure watching the dolphins from the balcony. Being able to walk to the restaurant was a plus. Maybe next time we can do a bonified vacation here. Carmen always answered any questions I had within a timely manner. . ”

“The room was perfect and just as described. The resort property is amazing and made for the perfect staycation. Plenty of options for activities including multiple pools, a private beach, gameroom, basketball/tennis courts, shuffle board, corn hole, fitness center, restaurants and more. Beautiful sunsets on the peir and sunrises from the balcony of our unit. Food and drinks at the restaurant/bar were delicious and fairly priced. Beds were comfy, pillows could be better. “Little Harbor (where the condo is) is perfect. The condo was across from the pool and water. It is the perfect location. It needs a bit of TLC, broken tile, etc. BUT, it was clean, and fun and I loved it. ”
