"Cute, small bungalow 5 cottages from beach. Flight of stairs to entry door, another flight to an upstairs balcony where you can see the ocean. Step stool required to get into bed and for access to cupboards top shelves. Bath tub also with high side challenging when stepping over to get out safely. Note: we are short people (not midgets). A couple of concerns for safety: loose board on top of stairs, another on front porch bench which is completely loose. Colander and knife set have peeling...
