“Nice little place in perfect standard, we stares in one of the apartments on the side, for a bit more privacy and that did suit us perfect. Pool was nice, breakfast perfect and the hospitality of the staff was superb and you felt truly welcome. Extra plus for the donkeys just outside the premises when walking home from late dinner at Oasis. We will happily stay at Tiko Lodge again if possible, if coming back to Saint Martin /Jonas & Erika from Sweden ”

“I didn't known resort was more of a Boutique hotel. The front desk was an office for only 2 people to wait inside. I've only been to major chains and as an travel advisor, I didn't expect or catch it when booking. It was hard to talk to someone before going. On the flip side, everyone was wonderful. Helped me out when I had a jetski accident and my lip split. Miriam tended to me and was very caring.”

“The rooms are great and very spacious, the pool is so cute , breakfast is good . Reception staff Carla was very helpful and adorable but another lady we met the next day was not as friendly and definitely glad we got greeted by Carla and not that lady . Just know that the beach is full of seaweed and hard to even get into the water and the odor makes it hard to stay . We drove to the Dutch side for better beaches but still loved the hotel . Cleaning staff was always sweet and did an amazing job……

“For a project in town I was looking for an accommodation in the town and at walking distance from my project and the ferry (I live on 1 of the neighbouring islands). Alicia's Inn is perfectly located, not only for those who want to be in town but conveniently (very) close to the "dollar busses" which can take you to places like the airport, Marigot and French Quarter. In the middle of the hustle and bustle of Back Street, it is a calm and clean haven with super friendly and helpful staff,……

“Nice hotel, friendly staff and good facilities. Pool, bar, café and beach beds are very nice. The rooms are okay. The first room had no window, so I was easily transferred to another room. A nice room, only the door to the next room allowed for hearing all conversations. Luckily we all were willing to adjust our volume. All in all a nice hotel, pleasant stay!”

But if they can work on the breakfast situation to upgrade the breakfast better, to have a better breakfast, that would be, that would only be my concern. “Convenient location, affordable room supplied with comfortable beds and thick, fluffy towels. Trade-offs: The wifi is slow, and the walls do not cancel ambient street noise including a very vocal rooster. Thinking of it as charm rather than annoyance helps.”
