I don’t leave reviews, but I hope others find this helpful. I found it very difficult to communicate w/front desk staff and housekeeping because their english was minimal, not truly bilingual. Frustrating check-in and when I tried to ask for restaurant suggestions and delivery availability. Also the hotel does not offer true room service. You have to go in person to restaurant, order & pay, and they will bring it to your room, if they have staff available. Mold in shower, dirty floor in room & working windows (!) but rip in screen let in bugs. Really loud in halls and from floor above. Good location and overall esthetic is charming. But, disappointed, and damped my enjoyment of Quebec.
