沒有早餐供應，地面泊車埸混亂，路旁一直修路，步行和駕車都十分困難，前台工作人員服務態度不太友善，房間垃圾桶沒有舖上垃圾袋，房內有微波爐和燒水器，外賣平台送餐人員可自由出入酒店樓層缺保安政策，凌晨時份也有外賣送餐員走到房間樓層，安全性成疑，酒店旁的Cosmo餐廳訂價太高，而且食物份量很少，食物味道不好，也跟服務員了解過，但還是很差勁，建議還是到外面商場吃其他餐廳更好，一點也不值得

Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one night room charge.
