Welcome to your dream beach getaway! This spacious and stylish 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home in beautiful Palm Coast is the ultimate retreat for families or groups seeking sun, sand, and relaxation just steps from the ocean.

Only a 1-minute walk to the beach, you’ll be on the sand faster than you can pack your sunscreen. We’ve made it easy with included beach gear—chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and toys are all ready to go. After a day in the surf, come home to your private pool and unwind with a cocktail while the kids splash and play.

Designed for comfort and connection, the open-concept living and dining area makes gathering easy, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals or beach snacks on the go. The house is also fully kid-friendly, with thoughtful touches to make traveling with little ones stress-free.

Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning by the pool, grilling out after a beach day, or catching the sunset with a cocktail in hand, this home is made for making memories.

Inside you will find a bright, fresh and newly remodeled 4-level home. Huge kitchen w/new appliances, quartz countertops, loads of seating for entertaining, enjoy the contemporary fireplace! Two large balconies, beautiful seating areas and gorgeous lake views! For the adults-take the spiral staircase up to the 4th level and have a glass of wine or cup of coffee in the “eagles nest”- the ultimate sunset perch with ocean views!

For your recreational enjoyment-you will have less than a minute walk to Cinnamon Beach to enjoy spectacular sunrises and plenty of beach to lounge in the Florida sunshine. The community has two large heated pools available to our guests. The adults only ocean front pool or the family friendly lakeside pool & clubhouse are a two minute walk. Enjoy the many restaurants that Palm Coast offers along with plentiful golf courses in the area. Historic St. Augustine a 45 minute drive north or head 30 minutes south to Daytona Beach.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Leave all bedding on beds-cleaner will take care of this.

Place any used towels in laundry basket in laundry room

Place all beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts and bike back into garage area.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No Vaping or smoking of any kind anywhere on the property. This includes any areas outside of our home including all balconies, garage or yard.

Garage doors must remain closed at all times unless entering or exiting per HOA rules. All cars of guests must be parked overnight in the driveway.

Video monitoring of exterior of home is in place while home is vacant covering the front driveway, garage and back entrance to home.
