“Such a fun, hip hotel with nonstop energy and activities! There’s always something going on—from sports to social events—so it never feels dull. The daily spa treatments were absolutely amazing and a perfect way to unwind in between all the action. The beach was stunning, with beautiful views and a relaxing vibe. The food was outstanding. “Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”

"I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities.
