This beautiful unit is located right on the beach in the highly sought after Sterling Reef Condominiums.

This unit is located on the 10th floor.

Sterling Reef is located on Front Beach Road within walking distance to Shipwreck Island, a waterpark great for the whole family. With multiple waterslides, pools and a lazy river, Shipwreck Island is a great way to beat the heat.


NEWER COMPLEX! Big balcony overlooking the fabulous Emerald Green Waters of the Gulf Coast. This vacation condominium features two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

The ocean front master bedroom has a spectacular view of the gulf of mexico and a sliding glass door to the balcony. It has a flat screen tv and KING SIZE BED. Also has a private bathroom with garden tub/shower combo.

In the secondary bedroom there is a twin size bed and also a bunk bed with a twin over full and a flat screen TV.

This complex has a seasonally heated pool with a Large Barbecue both are located Gulfside.

The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and with access to the ocean front balcony with enough room for balcony dining.

Gorgeous views! Beautiful place and loved the balcony! Property was great! Would love to come back. Only confusion we have is the second bedroom shows and lists a separate queen bed from the bunk beds. Instead it was a queen/full on the bottom bunk with a twin on top and separate twin. We had two couples staying and the one couple had to sleep on the bottom bunk. We made it work. Overall, we would stay again!

Read before booking!!
The ad makes the condo look absolutely beautiful, and while the hotel itself was super clean the room that we booked was not. Within minutes of being there my kids feet were black from walking on the floors which I get you’re going to have sand. It’s a Beach, but it looks like the floors hadn’t been mopped in months. There was a cockroach climbing up the kitchen wall, I try to reach out to the property manager. I called the customer service they told me to email. no one ever got back with me. I sent a message on this app and nobody replied. The spare bedroom was not put together like the pictures had it with the twin bunkbeds. It had the bunkbed over the queen size bed, and that made it very uncomfortable for my mother-in-law to stay in for a whole week so we didn’t love that. my kids wanted to sleep on the pull out couch so that they had a big TV and honestly I wouldn’t have even put my dogs on that pull out mattress. As soon as you put your hand down you went straight to springs. It was so uncomfortable my kids wouldn’t sleep there. Overall the pictures just make this place looks so much better than what it was in reality and I’m very disappointed to pay so much money and just be let down. There’s also no storage so if you choose to go to the grocery store, you’re going to have to put all of your stuff on the counter. There’s also no dresser in the spare bedroom, which makes it difficult to store clothes away to stay for a whole week so you’re living out of a suitcase.

We stayed a second year in the row at this place. First year was clean and we did kind of look on all other stuff because they are old but been working. This year from beginning was dirty, dishwasher not working the whole time to wash dishes after 5 people is kind of not fun when you’re in vacation and on last day kids watching movie and tv shots down in the middle of movie and never went back. I think that place needs a little improvements to make people feel they are in vacation

Condo served the needs of our family of four. The view and the beach are very nice. However, prior reviews were correct. Sofa and mattresses were broken down, stained and need replaced. In addition, the condo had been poorly cleaned, if cleaned at all.

Loved the condo! It's decorated cute and met our needs. Also, it gets extra stars because there's not another structure to the right side of the building, so everyone is not crammed up on top of one another on the beach.

Very nice area, wonderful beautiful beach. Condo nice, well equiped kitchen. Balcony very large with 3 good chairs and a table. The couch needs to be replaced ASAP. The 2nd bedroom is very small. Area is good for restaurants, bars and shoppers.

Loved this property!
We absolutely loved this place! Perfect location and beautiful condo! The only thing I would change is having a dresser in the master so we could’ve unpacked. There is a huge closet, but bring your own hangers. We will for sure stay here again next year!

The floors were not clean, there was literally not an ounce of dish detergent or clothes detergent or trash bags. Usually there are a couple of extras, if guests are staying a week. The car got towed not even 24 hours after check in…no one could explain why.

Wonderful but Customer Care Issues
The property is awesome! However, did have some issues with reaching customer care. Several issues inside the house that I would like to know of and they hung up on me when I called. I left a message. They came back and only fixed 2 of the 4. NO stopper in the kids sink. About lost my make-up down it. The thermostat was on 69F and could not be changed without a code. This was fixed. The sliding door had a damaged track so it was impossible to pull open as a woman. The towel rack fell the first time I tried to hang a towel. This was fixed. If this was my property, I would insist in quarterly walkthroughs/inspections. It's also apparent that the deep cleaning is not getting done as well as it should. Wonderful stay though. Nice building!

The condo was dirty. Dishwasher did not work. The master bed was uncomfortable. Did not get a good night's sleep at all. There were exposed nails in the second bathroom cabinet. I'm glad we didn't have children with us. We left early.
