“Thankful that I could book at the last minute for a group of 5. The check in experience was great. We arrived late (4am) and were able to get right in via an electronic door code. The beds were absolute heaven! Everyone in my group agreed. Best nights sleep I’ve had in months! I was pleasantly surprised to find enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc to last our entire stay. Usually rentals just give you one roll and you have to supply the rest. There were plenty of towels, blankets……

“The front desk and breakfast room staff were very kind and helpful with tips for future stays. The facilities were very clean. The room temp was just right. The breakfast room had plenty of good food to select from. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. ”

“This was an incredible stay! Brooklyn stands out of my mind. The only problem is we didn’t have any cash and her name wasn’t entered into the staff for us to be able to use the QR code for her tip. She is the fabulous young lady who had the breakfast ready and everything was absolutely delicious and fresh. Best Western has the best breakfast of any type of pre-prepared meal. There were so many choices including a frozen yogurt machine, waffles, delicious omelettes, biscuits and gravy, juices,……

“No toilet paper in the bathroom trash cans were not empty no phone in the room and no breakfast like they advertised 2 plug in didn't work. I paid 107.00 for 1 night and didn't even get breakfast.”

“They advertised a pool but it was closed. The breakfast was absolutely wretched. They have hand sanitizer machines but none of them work! The shower barely even worked! The front desk staff in the morning have the personalities of a rock. The evening front desk gal was very friendly and helpful. I would not stay there again if it were free!”

“The breakfast was not good at all. We had to get Al the conditioner bottle since there was two shampoos in our room. The fridge was not working well and the door that was covering the fridge was very loose. ”
