"Beautiful and modern. A home away from from home feeling. So close to a lot of my favorite restaurants and at was easy to navigate through the local neighborhood. Definitely would recommend to a family or friend. And look forward to it being my new getaway when visiting San Antonio. "

"Really nice place that you can tell has been lovingly
updated. Very modern with clean crisp lines. My husband and I were in town for Fiesta. It was the perfect location. The bathroom was a tad small for two people to be getting ready for formal events, but everything else was great. Added bonus, we arrived late due to flights, but the lights were left on and the parking area doors left open, very nice touch. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to San Antonio and needing to be near all...

"Good location. Mexican Restaurant and Starbucks in walking distance. Breakfast only consist of waffles, cereal, bagels, toast, juice, and coffee. Room was very clean a spacious. "

The toilet paper fixture was broken, the soap in the bathroom is cheap.
They charge $200 (insane) deposit of which they decided to take $22 because i slightly stained their crappy white towels with a smudge of makeup. They claimed that they couldnt be cleaned so they deducted that from my deposit.
So, be careful staining their towels "

"There were no body towels. I spilled water and used a hand towel to wipe it, the towel turned blak from the dirty floor. I arrived in the daylight (6 pm) and the door was blocked. I had to get my key through the night window. The room was disgusting!"

We had a good stay, but immediately upon arrival you will realize that there are many rules to abide by or you will lose your deposit. It became a running joke between all of us during our stay. We were actually very careful to try to do everything correctly so that we would not lose the deposit. We took very good care of the home. The day after checkout i recieved an email explaining that we had broken the rules and...

The paint on the roof was peeling and hanging from the ceiling, cockroaches in the room, there was no wifi, and the tv had only one channel that was staticy porn. I will say i was impressed my car didn't get broken into and that i didnt get crabs from the sheets. Ill count that as a win. I will never return or recommend this location."

"Everything was great! Valet staff were super friendly and helpful and Donovan at the Front Desk was quite the gentleman, extremely nice and accommodating! The hotel was great! Room was very nice and comfortable! The breakfast, cocktails and food were a great bonus! Variety and quality were very nice! Rooftop pool and hot tub outstanding! Definitely would recommend!!! "

"Hampton Inn was great. The room that we stayed in was very clean except we could of used a little more towels. Breakfast was awesome! We liked the stay here because its close to the riverwalk and the Alamo. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. This is a great place to stay. We will look forward to next year again 🙂"
