“The staff (were the most inviting, courteous, and professional, that I have ever experienced at a hotel. Valet greeted us and opened the door even though we didn't use the service, personnel working the check in desk were eager to check us in and provide direction, house keepers were pleasant. We stayed in the Ambassador Room with private balcony on the 6th floor. Room was cleaned and tidy when we walked in.
