Fast forward to the next morning, we were tired & sore from sleeping on lumps. The balcony door didn't have a screen for fresh air without bugs coming in the balcony didnt feel safe in several spots, especially right out side the threshold.... the floor buckled & felt soft like you could fall threw. I spoke to several staff who kept saying there was nothing they could. I called again to speak to a manager yet they are never available. Very upset about the quality of the room. It would have been great if the shuttle had been dispatched when I called. Also would have been great if the driver hadn't been texting/on his phone the entire time he was drivign back to the hotel.
