“Highly recommend Sugar Magnolia to anyone fortunate enough to need lodging in Inman Park. The house is charming, elegant and comfortable and Kathryn is exceptional at communicating and providing service that feels more like care. Wish I could have stayed longer!”
"First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional.
Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out. Hope to clean my room when we were out. The front desk said they would follow up, but when I came back in the evening, I found that the room was not cleaned.
Last, I don’t think the staffs in this hotel treat all the guests equally. I’m not comfortable with it.
