They remember all of my details like where my kids attend college, what year in school, where I’m traveling from, drink preference…it’s like visiting friends. There are many less expensive lodging options, but when familiarity, comfort, safety, and attentiveness are of utmost importance, Four Seasons ATL is without peer in the market. ”

“Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.”
