“This was a wonderful experience. The host family was charming, considerate, and very accommodating. The pictured stairway is the entrance to the host's single family home. The host family lives upstairs over the one bedroom, one bathroom, work from home (wfh) studio apartment, which is on the ground floor. Everything was clean. The "kitchen" has a small (dorm size) refrigerator/freezer, sink, griddle, microwave, a coffeepot, some cabinet storage and a counter area. Folgers coffee, coffee……

“I booked through Expedia. I arrived at the hotel only to be met with there were no rooms available. I got no call nor email. Not sure if this is Expedia’s fault or hotels for lack of communication. However the host this day did quick work at getting me into a decent room and the rest of the stay was pretty good.”

“This is my second time staying at this location. The first time this property was under different management. Dorsen picked up right where the other management company left off. The building was clean and smelled great. The apartment was clean. I did have a couple of not so great experiences, however. I was really put off by the paid parking in the garage. This was not the case with previous management. Be prepared to factor parking cost, $30/24hrs, into the cost of your stay. I also……

“The site was clean and the view was amazing. Walking distance to Georgia University. Staff was friendly and very helpful.”

“This was a wonderful stay we ended up booking last minute because our previous place had problems. Were able to be accommodated and enjoyed our time. There is no free parking or a laundry in the unit but apart from that it was well maintained and they even came to help us when the shower was broken. The pool was nice and it’s very accessible to everything.”
