However, due to a flight misconnection that was completely outside of our control, we were unfortunately unable to arrive in time for our first night. We informed the property in advance about the situation and kept them updated. While I understand that policies may apply, it was disappointing to learn that we could not receive a refund for a night we were unable to use due to circumstances beyond our control. Given that……
