“We had a lovely sea view room with a shaded porch seating area. Room servicing was excellent apart from reminders to renew coffee sachets occasionally. Staff overall were excellent especially in the pool area which they worked hard to keep to a high standard of service, and also reception. At breakfast, some staff did not seem that customer focused, possibly due to limited spoken English. Breakfast items tended to be limited on choice after 09.00, even with an advertised closure time of 10.00.……

“Staff were great and very helpful, Though we found we got better/faster responses to questions when emailing directly versus using expires messenger. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of options. We also ate an evening meal there and it was delicious. Centrally located for for exploration of the etna region. Room was very clean. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to a friend”

“Location is good the breakfast is above the average and the parking is nice. Stop in front of the hotel and they park for you. Garage is 22euro per night. Room is spacious but they didn’t replace the used personal items - tissue paper, conditioner etc. ”
