"Rooms were small but typical for New York. I loved the location, wide variety of restaurants in the hotel and daily room cleaning which I feel a lot of hotels don’t do anymore. They have free breakfast with full mean options not donuts and coffee. The hotel was clean and rooftop bar was superb."

"Location is awesome if you’re looking for convenience to subways, central park, broadway shows and going out. Room was tiny, warm, ac did not work properly and neither did tv. Elevators constantly busy and full. Overall not great if you’re staying in however perfect for just going to bed and enjoying the city. "

"Room as nice and clean. Bathroom fine. Would have appreciated coffee maker, if not in room at least in the lobby. And being on very top (12th) floor, with slow elevators, was inconvenient. Wasted significant time getting up & down from my room. Next time I will request room not so high up, and with a window with view of street or anything more interesting that outdoor area between walls. "
