“The view is obviously incredible, which is what the resort relies on. The staff were nice enough, but lacked management and training in certain areas. Had they been more attentive, we would have spent more money. The food was well cooked but the menus are a little odd. After paying so much to stay at the hotel, it's then disappointing to have to compete with public visitors to get tables in the restaurant. I'm shocked the property has been open less than 10 years; it needs a lot of……

“The room was clean although there were ants crawling around. We were led to beleive the restaurant was open as the promotional info claimed they served cajun style food. When we arrived, it turnes out the restaurant hasnt even been built yet and there was also alot of construction going on daily.”

“Our fishing trip was wonderful. The front desk manager, Carlos, is the man. .He was so helpful and made our trip a 10!”

“Nice small hotel with black sand beach with gorgeous sunset and colors. The rooms are nice and large surrounding a mini jungle with nice trees and flowers. There are 2 restaurants-bars on the property that are totally overpriced (5-star hotel prices for a 3-star plus hotel). The staff is nice and the amenities are good. The pool is small and not really clean. ”

“The ocean in the area had a stinging creatures which made it non-enjoyable. We had to go to a neighboring town to swim in the ocean. The locals said that these creatures are present in the ocean from November till April. The pool at the hotel is relatively small: only 5-6 people would fit comfortably in it. ”

“Lovely and unique stay surrounded by nature! Front desk staff was very helpful, but restaurant staff were not very attentive. One employee was sifting down and on his phone the entire time, did not come to take my order - when I even got up to ask him to order, he still didn’t get up to help me and I had to go up to the bar. Was not very friendly. ”

Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer perfekt ausgestattet, sauber und äußerst komfortabel. Ein absolutes Highlight war das Frühstück: unglaublich lecker, frisch und extrem vielseitig – hier ist wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas……

Mark went above and beyond in providing local recommendations for things to do or eat. He is very knowledgeable about the area, local businesses, and provided great perspective on the local area(s). Highly recommend it and will certainly stay here again!”

El desayuno estaba bien solo que es en otro lugar. El parqueo está lejos, es pequeño, si otro carro entra no puedes sacarlo ya que solo hay una entrada”
