"My room was spacious. The staff was amazing. Everything was well kept and maintained. I didn't like that the toilet in my king deluxe room was very short (low). I'm 5' 4" and husband is 6'. I struggled getting up. I'm sure my husband was very uncomfortable as well! Also, the placement of the luggage carts just beyond the entry doors and registration placed immediately left of same doors with a line of standing people seems like a fire hazard and very inconvenient. I struggled to get pass the area with my loaded luggage cart while avoiding empty luggage carts and nearly colliding with an older gentleman."
