“Love, love, LOVE this hotel. The hot breakfast and afternoon (5:30) appetizers are wonderful. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The beds are comfortable and the rooms quiet.”

“Good water temperature, soft towels. Very good mattress & pillows. HVAC was quiet, effective, but unobtrusive. Breakfast was good. Only issue for me was no potatoes. Will definitely stay again. ”

“Air Conditioning was noisy, the bathroom door did not close. The linens were dingy. The furniture was subpar, lots of damage on them scratches and dings. The carpet was stained and dirty, the bathroom had water damage around the tub and there were cracks in the ceiling drywall. ”

“The clerk barely spoke English but I had a confirmation so all he had to do was point. The room seemed clean but walls were very stained and tired. The kitchenette was completely devoid of anything to use for dining. Not even plastic soons or anything. So if you don't bring absolutely everything you need to eat a meal, you're just out of luck. There was a refrigerator and microwave and stove. That was appreciated. The beds were very hard and to the point, we didn't sleep very well. The place……

“The woman at breakfast was amazing. So helpful and smiling. It was a great stay, only complaint was there were a lot of rowdy kids running around the halls. It doesn’t bother me during decent hours but after 9pm and before 8am people should be able to rest. ”

“Very nice clean room with comfortable bed and nice shower. Kitchenette was good with microwave and mini fridge, basic dishes. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Good location with Mary Jane’s restaurant bar next door had excellent food and nice atmosphere. My only small suggestion would be to put variable light switches so you could turn down the lighting at night. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again on my next trip to Perryville.”

“The rooms were spacious with black.out curtains. Beds and pillows were comfy. The only thing I can complain about was the breakfast. I expected a little more, but it wasn't awful. I thought it would include biscuits and gravy. Very minor issue. I would definitely stay there again.”

“The elevator was down as well as the pool. The continental breakfast was almost non existent. The lock on the door was broken. The chairs in the room were ready to break. We were told there was shampoo and body wash available in the room and there wasn't any. There was mo soap at the sink to wash your hands. The refrigerator wasn't even cold enough to keep anything in it. We had to put things in the freezer instead. I would not recommend this place unless it had a complete overhaul. The staff……

“Our stay are fabulous. The staff was very accommodating. The property was well maintained. This is our new go to place when visiting here. My only dislike / suggestion is I would remove the desk and put a small table for eating and remove the closet with the ironing board ( the standard closet and dresser were enough) and put 2 chairs for watching TV or just relaxing. But overall I give it a 9.5 out of 10.”
