“The rooms need to be a lot cleaner and air out need more towels in your room and had no refrigerator. The bedspreads needs to be washed.”

“No one at office for check in or to help with questions and/issues - only a phone number posted on door to call. Room door had no peep hole, dead bolt or chain. I had someone knock on my door at 2am and realized just how vulnerable I was. Will not stay here again.”

“Do NOT book this hotel online!! They do not honor online reservations! We booked through Hotels.com and when we arrived they said they no longer use Hotels.com and that we had no reservation. They had none of the rooms we had booked. They only take reservations made through that specific hotel. ”

“This was a nice motel room was clean appeared recently updated. Staff wasvery nice and accommodating. Would have given 5 stars but the bed was tall I couldn’t get in it but the office did bring me a step stool when I explained my issue, I’m 5 ft tall.”

“The staff were so adamant to kick me out for deescalating an argument to the point that another person had made a complaint on the wrong room, so I got denied for an extended stay even with my rewards points.”
