“We had a wonderful stay. The Condo was newly renovated and fit our needs perfectly. The grounds were extremely well kept and the full-time residents were welcoming and pleasant. We would have enjoyed the ability to rent a kayak or paddleboard on site, but am told there was a rental company on the lake. We were able to enjoy the lake and my son really enjoyed fishing off the dock.”

“Beautiful neighborhood, right on Main Street, next to waterway, quick 1/2 block to stores and a great restaurant next door. Nice patio with high top table and chairs. Dog friendly if requested. Expertly cleaned. Well equipped kitchen. Nice beds, quality bedding, and pillows. ”

“Great location! Right next to Petoskey State Park and close to Harbor Springs. The only suggestion is to provide a water pitcher with a filter.”

“Very close to downtown shopping, dining and Lake Michigan. Parking was easy and the screened in patio was nice for sitting in the morning and evening too.”

“We were in town to attend a wedding at the Bay Harbor Marina. The location of the property was great. Close to downtown Petosky, the marina, parks, distillery, and walking/biking trails. The unit is a townhouse with plenty of room. It is clean and well appointed. The best part is each room has it own bathroom and there is a darling little porch out back to relax on. We would definitely stay again. ”
