The inviting dining room boasts a stucco corner fireplace, pool views, and an assortment of games. You'll have everything you could need to create a home-cooked meal in the gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen.

You'll enjoy an unbeatable location near Scottsdale Shea hospital and less than 10 miles to Mayo Clinic. An abundance of shopping is nearby, as well as easy 101 freeway access to enjoy all of the activities that the beautiful Scottsdale area has to offer.

The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than 6 adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements.
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
5 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 20 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
