Very nice and new guest suite in semi-custom lake neighborhood one mile from downtown Gilbert. Separate entrance, private patio and parking. Kitchen, bathroom, queen bed, WIFI, TV and separate heating and cooling to adjust to your needs. Very safe neighborhood.

The room was perfect for our visit to Gilbert. It is a small one room space inside of the home's 3 car garage. The main room includes a table for eating and a small kitchen. There is also a private bathroom with a nice shower. Everything was clean and comfortable. The room has a heater/ac that works well (you may need to adjust the setting to heat or cool). Short walk to a very nice park.

Clean and quiet
The property was in a very nice clean neighborhood. Property was clean and smelled very good. Quiet too. The description could have been a little more detailed. There wasn't a stove, it isn't a house and it was very tiny with very little storage for clothing. Tea towels for the kitchen would be nice also. We wanted to stay for the full 11 days but after 8 days in very tight quarters we had to move on.

Clean guest room
Our stay was short, only 2 nights. The guest room was very clean and updated. Served the purpose for us. We just needed a place to sleep and shower. Nice neighborhood. I was surprised that the place was much smaller than I thought it was going to be. Even after looking at the pictures I thought it would be bigger. Tiny!!! We appreciated the cleanliness!
