This spacious house is situated in one of Phoenix's most vibrant neighborhoods. Enjoy the many local restaurants, shops, and eateries in the area while retreating back to quietness & relaxation with golf course views as a serene backdrop, viewable from both bedrooms and the backyard.

This house features open floor plans seamlessly connecting living room into the kitchen. The living room boasted an impressive 85-inch TV with apple TV set up, accompanied by a cozy recliner, perfect for indulging in leisurely reading sessions. The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek, modern appliances and ample counter space, inviting you to whip up a delicious meal or enjoy a leisurely breakfast before hitting the links.

Retire to the comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed with restful nights in mind. Both bedroom have queen size bed and TVs w/ apple TV setup. This property features 2 full bathrooms, each bathroom can be accessed directly from the bedroom, and each has its own walk-in closet. The dedicated office area is located next to the side patio, providing another relaxing spot to work or read.

Our newly renovated backyard offers endless outdoor fun, featuring a 3-hole mini-golf course, a cornhole setup, and two seating areas. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of tea or coffee while taking in the beautiful golf course view. In the evenings, you can fire up the grill and engage in friendly outdoor games for some lively competition.

Right next to the property, you can find gated pool and hot-tub, available year-round from 5:00am until midnight. The gated pool and hot tub area is community shared space, however, it is never busy. The pool is not heated.

You also have access to one car garage. In the garage, you can find the washer & dryer, as well as a level 2 EV charger at 32Amp that should add 20-25 miles of range per hour over night.
