All updating was completed in 2022 to include: flooring, lighting, quartz counters, cabinetry, tub and shower surrounds, full suite of appliances, all the furniture, smart TV's, shutters, full paint job both interior and exterior, paver patio and driveway, even the garage floor was epoxy coated. For bookings between November - April check with host as we look ideally look for a 3 month minimum rental.

To keep this home looking pristine, your rental includes a house cleaning service every 2 weeks. Also, included are all utilities, internet and cable.

Upon arrival all sheets and comforter are brand new in the master bedroom for each arriving guest.

This true resort community offers countless activities: pickleball, 3 -18 hole golf courses, tennis, gyms, dance studio, steam and saunas, 3 resort pools, 2 lap pools, bocce ball courts, basketball courts and the list of activities goes on.
