You get what you pay for. Had to wait an hour before I could check in. Lobby was closed and rude employee finally arrived to a long line of customers thru the after hours window at 9 pm. Holes and paint marks all over the place. You get what you pay for.

This Property was the worst I have ever seen. No door on the bathroom. Door would not dead bolt & placed a chair and suitcases behind the door. Toilet seat was almost falling off, and I had to tighten the bolts just to sit on it. The Bathroom sink was just that. No Vanity and just A SINK. Nowhere to put personal item and the Sink was falling off the wall is you put arm on it to brush one's teeth. The Place is like a Rat's Nest. Not even coffee served. DO NOT STAY AT THIS DUMP.

I was assigned room 2052, and honestly, it should be condemned. The carpet was extremely soiled, the room smelled horrible, the furniture was beyond worn and broken, the sink had only a knob for cold water, the bathtub was in very poor condition, and there did not seem to be any hot water. It does not even get lukewarm. I was expecting a four-star hotel when I booked, but as a person who travels the world and stays in many hotels, this was the worst condition a room has ever been in.

There were literal holes in the wall, what looked like a bullet hole over one of the beds where the headboard should be, but of course there was no head board. There were holes in the floor, pieces of the flooring missing. The TV didn't work. The beds were pretty rough, but clean. Will definitely never stay here again. Staff, however, were great. Hard to work in a hotel like this.

This place is a disaster. The water was not hot enough to take a shower. There is no toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom. You had to carry in hands full of Kleenex fro a dispenser in the sink room. The toilet seat hinges were broken. The beds were dirty and lumpy. The blanket was a thin piece of cloth covered in cigarette burns. As a bonus, the area is o erring with homeless pushing shopping carts.

The room was grimy with old dirty finger prints on walls and doors. I woke up to itching and discovered 9 bed bug bites on my body. I even caught and killed the bed bug. Our door was very finicky and did not open even after unlocking it numerous times. Shawn the manager was helpful and understanding of our door issues. The door continued to have issues during our whole duration of our stay. Would really think twice about staying again. The hotel is very outdated. We had no way to cool our food or heat it up. No refrigerator or microwave in the room. The upside was the price of the room and the manager. Otherwise I give 1 star.

It doesn't have clean towels, they were all dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the main bathrooms that are next to the front desk are totally disgusting, the door of the room they gave me opened by itself, it seems that the door lock doesn't work
