great vacation stay!

This VRBO was super accommodating for our family of 9! The pool / outside area was great & the location was convenient for everywhere we wanted to explore.

Work/relaxation stay

The property has everything and more! The beds and linens were 5 star. Every room was perfectly appointed and decorated to perfection, and the backyard is a oasis! Heather was an excellent host who responded quickly and worked with us when we needed to extend our stay!

Great family property

This was perfect for our family with kids across multiple age groups. The house is well equipped for fun, the park across the street is a fantastic amenity and the communication with the host was great.

Time away with family

The property is in a location that is very accessible to everything we needed. It is set up nice for many family members. The backyard is the highlight of this property. Heather was very accommodating and responsive. We had some personal things happen back home and so had people in and out with no problems.

Scottsdale Golf Trip

Had a great stay at this well located, well-appointed property. Easy to get around the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. The House was comfortable and set up well for four (older) guys on a desert golf trip. Communication with host was excellent and timely. Property access was clear and easy. Highly recommended.

Phoenix Oasis

We loved this property and hope to Return next year. The pool / back yard are huge and Private. Lots of space for everyone to enjoy sun or shade. Home was equipped with everything you could Possibly Need. Beds and pillows were very comfortable too!

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful time. It was clean and comfortable with full amenities. Our children enjoyed the pool, hot tub, board games, and the foosball table. It was in a residential area, about 20 min from Arizona Boardwalk and Old Town Scottsdale. The house was a corner unit adjacent to a large road, not very walkable even to the park across the road. We would definitely recommend having a car to get around. Overall, we had a great retreat and would recommend!

Great Location & Fun Property

Listing was accurate and comfortable for all. People have stated the street traffic was a little noisy but it didn't bother us at all. Great location, fun amenities and lots of space for larger families. Would definitely return and recommend.

Exceeded expectations

This house was great for our family! We spent a couple of days of the trip simply lounging in the backyard - swimming, putting contests, bocce ball - the backyard truly exceeded expectations. The house was fantastic - super clean. Soaps and detergents provided were a nice touch. Location for a Phoenix trip was PERFECT - we traveled the city in all directions. Heather was a great host - attentive and a quick communicator. I have already recommended this property to some friends that are considering a Phoenix trip. You can’t go wrong.

Awesome Summer Kick Off

I like to take my grandchildren somewhere special to kick off their summer break. I had 5 grandchildren and 1 adult. Ages from 9 to 19. They LOVED it. There was so much to do. Lots of games, a gorgeous pool, plenty of space to sleep and play inside and outside. The manager was helpful with just a phone call. We will definitely be back. The kitchen was extremely clean and organized. You will NOT be dissapointed.

Great vacation home with a very responsive host!

We had a great family vacation with time spent at the pool and enjoying the backyard games. The outdoor games were in great condition, which is not always the case with rentals. Additionally, the hot water heater unexpectedly stopped working. The host was onsite within a very short period of time, despite it being late in the evening. A plumber was out first thing in the morning despite it being a holiday. The host went over backward to accommodate and provide alternatives during the brief unforeseeable complication. I was very impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism. Thank you!

Great Pool, Quiet Neighborhood, Comfy bed

Overall this was a great place for our family half week vacation. The highlight was the backyard. The pool was great. Our 10 yo spent all the time she could in the pool. 13 yo and 8 yo also enjoyed it. It had a deep end (9ft ish) and a medium end. No really shallow part, so might not be great for little kids who don’t swim well. The hot tub was adequate. Lots of backyard games available. Plenty of fun to be had. Across the street was a good park with play structure and baseball fields. The beds were very comfortable, some of the best we have slept in at rental houses. Fans over the beds and A/C and blankets. Comfy. Some areas were a little dated, and one bathroom needs some TLC, but it really wasn’t a huge problem. Overall it had everything we needed to spend fun times at the house as well as a good base to do things, especially in the Scottsdale areas.

Little paradise in Paradise Valley Village

We loved our stay here! Heather's place was perfect for our family vacation. Each room was so comfortable to fit everyone. The living spaces were great and the kitchen was well stocked! The pool space had plenty of seating and the rest of the yard kept us busy in the afternoons and evenings! When needing to communicate with the host, she was so prompt and gladly answered all our questions! The yard is a little noisy as its next to a major street, but once inside the home you can barely hear it. We felt extremely safe, and there are so many surrounding amenities you are never stuck driving longer than 5 minutes for something. We golfed at GreyHawk and TPC and both were so close. The rest of our family enjoyed Old Town and it was 15-20 to the airport or downtown! We will definitely consider this place again for future stays!

A taste of Sunshine

We made a short trip to the sunny state from the rainy state. We loved the house and property! The owner was very communicative and wanted to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean and we loved the pool and hot tub. There is a large park across the street also.

Great Stay!

Fantastic property for a long weekend. The house was clean and tidy upon our arrival and included all the amenities listed. The backyard is perfect for hanging by the pool and playing games. Close to a number of golf courses. Manager was very easy to work with. Our group would stay again and recommend.

Nice stay for family.

The pool and backyard are amazing and the property manager is communicative. LOVED the pool. We did find some chards of broken glass on patio by umbrella area—luckily neither of the kids found it but did have one incident with it with one of the adults in party. We were able to find some remaining pieces and clean it up the best we could. The inside of the home has what you need but does need some work to make it excellent. The fridge has no working ice maker, broken drawers and the freezer does not fully close without a lot of work. The property was not super clean in fact the floors were pretty icky. The pillows on all the beds are horrific like no support (flat and stained) could be easily replaced. The thermostat had has frustrated on more than one occasion. The owners have it on timers so we would leave and come home and the temp in house was back up to 79 even though we had it set to the minimum allowed of 71. We would be outside and go in and it was back to 79 instead of the 71 we had it set to. I get the cost of keeping it cool but if you advertise it as having air conditioning the renters should be allowed to manage temp. Lots of towels for pool and shower. Could use plastic plates and more plastic wear. All in all we enjoyed our time together at this home.

Great house for families!

Overall the experience was good! The owner is very responsive and the house was clean and comfortable. The backyard is large with several activities. The master bedroom is spacious and the couch is really comfortable. We didn’t realize the home was located on the corner of a busy street so the traffic was loud at times. There are also flood lights above the hot tub that we couldn’t turn off so it didn’t make it enjoyable to sit in the tub at night. That was the only downside but our family really enjoyed our week there.

Great home, backyard and value

Everything was wonderful. Thank you! The only thing that could have made the week better would have been a faster and more reliable WiFi connection. A few of us were working remotely and going to school online, but we were able to use our hot spot when needed. Would definitely stay again. :)
