I took off one star because the room type we reserved was unavailable. The desk staff said Expedia had oversold the handicap rooms, so I guess it wasn’t the hotels fault, but it was disappointing."

The description and directions for getting to the property need to be clearer. When we arrived, the front appeared to be someone’s home, and it was very confusing to understand how to access the rental located behind it. Clearer arrival instructions, including where to park and how to reach the back property, would make the experience much smoother for future guests. Also, the internet hardly worked at all during our stay."
