“It was a real treat to stay at the Balsam Inn! The Inn is off the beaten path like I wanted and very very quite. Jenny is a warm welcoming host. She even upgraded my room just because it was available. The room itself was beautiful! It felt like I was a guest in someones Adirondack mountain home. “We originally booked the super 8 hotel across the street and were saved by the holiday inn. The staff was curious, the hotel was clean and inviting, the pool was large and well organized, the restaurant was a breath of fresh air with a lovely menu and separate bar area. Bathrooms were large and clean sign updated brands for complimentary products. Would highly recommend only staying here if you’re in the area.”

“Amy was very responsive. Gave us great suggestions regarding local resources. We rented snowmobiles, and Village Motorsports was right across the street, and it couldn't have been easier. The sauna and firepit were a nice addition. The house was very clean and well-stocked.Thanks!”

“We stayed there for one night as we passed through the area on our travels. It is a charming hotel. We had a king studio that was located upstairs. I walk with a cane and there is no elevator so that was the only down side. The studio room was large and immaculately clean. It had a huge flat screen smart tv and a very comfortable couch. There was a small dining table and 2 chairs. The room had both a jetted tub and a shower. The coffee maker did not work but there was coffee in the lobby.……
