“We were not very impressed with this place. Our check in supposed to be at 4 and didn’t get room until 8:30 pm. Staff was very rude. Front desk lady was very mean. They didn’t give us any information regarding room service. Our room wasn’t clean so we had to call for room service. The place smell like smoke all day. The view was great from our room. We were able to see fireworks from 19th floor.”

She was an older lady, seemed in charge, and she was rude about cleaning up. I feel that they should not clean up till the time they say, and a common curtisy would be to give a 5-10 cushion of time for guests.”
