We did travel during the winter storm - to which Allison was extremely helpful throughout all of it (offered a refund/move the date - we still came), made sure that if we needed any extra time/days that we were welcome to do so for our safety. The deck and hot tub was clean and perfect for relaxing on/in. The ONLY thing I would recommend is bringing your own throw blanket if you like to curl up with one. ”
