“The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.”

Le faltaba limpieza a la bañera el resto del baño limpio y se cayó la cortina de la ventana la que cubre la claridad. Las piscinas le hacía falta un poco más de limpieza.”

“This is the perfect jungle mountain getaway. The staff was amazing, and there was a property dog that was so calm and sweet. The breakfast basket was delicious. Sleep was restful. Dinner was ok. Connect with nature. Bring comfortable shoes to walk the property. Be prepared to drive at least 2 hours through crazy mountain terrain. Be safe and prepared to lose service of the gps. But, the views are everything you see in the movies of what earth looked like before man ruined it.”

“La limpieza bien, recomiendo que halla microondas por cada habitación ya que hay nevera pero entonces si uno anda con niños y hay que calentar alguna comida no hay donde calentar la misma. En el área de la piscina la fuente no funcionaba y no hay ninguna área con sombra ni ninguna sombrilla al menos en las mesas de la piscina. Por lo demás bien.”

“The use of Ai has made this property look amazing online. In person the property was the exact opposite. Our room smelled like smoke, there was only two working lamps, the front door did not shut properly nor feel safe, and the shower head was filled with mold. We left within the first hour of checking in due to these reasons. I would spend the extra money to stay near by at the Holiday Inn or any other hotel. I will say thank you to the staff that were helpful in ensuring we got a refund for……
