“Deben de actualizar un poco el Hotel. Las habitaciones muy pequeñas y las amenidades deben de indicar q todas tienen costo adicional.”

“The staff was great and friendly but the room was terrible the sheets and blankets were old and dirty. You can feel the springs in the mattress , was very uncomfortable and it smelled like straight up Mold. The only thing nice was the bathroom.”

“The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.”

“This is the perfect jungle mountain getaway. The staff was amazing, and there was a property dog that was so calm and sweet. The breakfast basket was delicious. Sleep was restful. Dinner was ok. Connect with nature. Bring comfortable shoes to walk the property. Be prepared to drive at least 2 hours through crazy mountain terrain. Be safe and prepared to lose service of the gps. But, the views are everything you see in the movies of what earth looked like before man ruined it.”

“The room was overall okay for my stay. It was very spacious and had all the necessities and extra like paper plates and plastic forks which were very useful. It's definitely a place just to crash for sleeping rather than hanging out in. The walls are a bit thin so you hear shuffling occasionally throughout the night from other people but nothing too bad. The outside area was very nice with the ocean view and the chairs placed out to watch the beautiful shore. However, my main complaint would be……

“Staff cleans the room daily. Very comfortable rooms and very peaceful hotel. Parking outside the facility under tree shades.Many surrounding areas are abandoned. Absolutely no entertainment. Ice available only if you go to the restaurant and pay 50 cents. Pool was nice.”

“El personal atento y amable. Todo limpio. El aire super frío...me encantó!! (Soy un pingüino tropical!!!!). Pedí jabones ..toallas y papel...y los trajeron rápido. Super tranquilo!!!! Me encantó. Definitivamente volvería.”

“La propiedad cuenta con playa, una palmeras espectaculares y un area muy bonita para relajarse. Hsy barra, restaurantes. Muy acogedor muy boen ubicado.”

“La limpieza bien, recomiendo que halla microondas por cada habitación ya que hay nevera pero entonces si uno anda con niños y hay que calentar alguna comida no hay donde calentar la misma. En el área de la piscina la fuente no funcionaba y no hay ninguna área con sombra ni ninguna sombrilla al menos en las mesas de la piscina. Por lo demás bien.”

“Saludos, el recepcionista muy amable. No obstante, es lamentable que hay una plaga de moscas no tan solo en el cuarto sino en todas las áreas recreativas. Asimismo, no hay toallas disponibles en la habitación lo cual dificulta el uso del baño. Además, la bañera y el inodoro tenían muy poca presión de agua. Esperemos que se pueda trabajar la situación ya que, el lugar cuenta con una buena ubicación.”
