The office where you check in is virtual, so you do everything on the computer and talk to a person on the computer. The lobby smelled of cigarettes I went to the first room. It smell of cigarette and musty it looked like it had not been cleaned and the bed was made, but they look dingy the bedding. I went to the second room ,They had the air-conditioning running and the door open, but you could still smell the cigarette. I went downstairs to get my refund they offered me two other rooms upstairs. Those were even worse cigarette smell, and filth. I have pictures . I tried to get a refund, but I was told I couldn’t unless the manager approved it and he would be in at two, still haven’t heard about my refund.
