There was no Wi-Fi or cable, the pool is empty and the elevator is down, all of these are "until further notice." They have just purchased the hotel so progress is slow. They had NO TOWELS. We never got towels the entire time we were there. Check in time was at 4pm, we arrived at 5 and we're told we would need to wait an hour or 2 while they cleaned a room for us. They said they would call but never did, we arrived back at 745 and they had just finished cleaning the room for us. We had booked a mobility accessible king room and we're told when we arrived that our room was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. The 1st and 2nd floor is currently under renovation and they have no rooms available there at all. Do not book here. Stay away as far away as possible. The room we were in was on the 3rd floor and had been "newly renovated," but the door handle didn't latch securely and the room was in need of some major cleaning and overhaul, which is a scary sign. We booked this room for our anniversary hense the king room however we were given a room with 2 double beds instead and nothing was ever said about it. Frustrating and hotels.com didn't seem . motivated to help or fix the listing either.
