“Terrible experience
I booked the room with a dishwasher but they gave me the wrong room. My room had washer and dryer but they said “we don’t have laundry detergent, we are out of it.”
I was traveling with a baby and it was the most inconvenient stay. Will never come back. I ordered food from their cafe and it took more than 40 mins. My room was never ready when I checked in I waited two hours after arriving even though it was past 3pm.”

“I went in january which is winter for the qatar but 25 degrees is summer compared to uk weather! Arrived late evening to be greeted by friendly reception staff, very quick check in and the villa was absolutely as described perfect. Every member of staff was so friendly and polite and literally everything i asked for was done with extreme care and passion. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back same time next year.
