front desk , terrible costumer service.
No respect to seniors, not empathy, , no respect to green card holders .
Never stay in the hotel if you are green card holders because they will charge you extra 18% surcharge.
Misleading information regarding the numbers of of beds and occupants, Website says the one thing and the front desk says deferent thing. Costumer service agent, try to argue to win the argument.
Costumer service dirs not have skill about costumer service.
The costumers service agents plays with your emotions and words , they say one thing but they offer different thing.
They don’t respect the VIP pass.
Sheets are stained , room phone not working, controls Tv not working.
Overall, good breakfast and cleaned but some rooms are not. Don’t believe when they said they will grant you with better room in reality, they will give you the one they can’t sake or sake the least.
Over all hotel it looks good.
I would never stay in that hotel.
