“The first day I lived on the first floor was still noisy, and the bathroom leaked. The next day, the front desk service staff helped me adjust it to the second floor, and the whole was better. The attitude of the service staff is still good.”

I was told an order to receive towels had been placed and the hotel would not receive stock until the end of September. I ask the manager if the hotel was aware of the lack of towels. Why didn't they inform patrons, I received no answer to this question except this was a customer problem and not there concern! There was no apology or show of concern. Yet there……
