I am writing regarding our recent week-long stay at your La Quinta hotel. Unfortunately, during our visit, the elevator was not working, which caused a significant inconvenience for us as guests in our late 60s.
Having to use the stairs repeatedly throughout an entire week was difficult, uncomfortable, and physically stressful, especially considering our age. We chose your hotel expecting a safe, convenient, and comfortable stay, and the broken elevator greatly affected……

“Broken iron. Then replaced broken iron with another broken iron. Broken hair dryer. Dirty bathroom. They didn't offer to waive the early check in fee for all of my inconveniences. Terrible experience.”
