“Great location and friendly staff. However the room is considerably small given the price of the room, for 2 person without luggages, we had to keep moving the furniture in order to move around. The heating in the room took a long time to heat up and the bathtub in the room did not work. ”

“It’s actually quite good. The service is really satisfying. However the wall is quite thin. But the location is superb, the staffs were friendly. It was an nice experience after all. ”

“Breakfast hot buffet items were cold or undercooked. Dinner fish and chips were over cooked and was served with mushy peas when the menu said crushed peas. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Beautiful location and grounds. Lovely pool and spa. ”

“房間非常寬敞，有浴缸，在英國以這價錢能有這樣的房間已是超值。附近有超市和Fish & chips shop，也算方便。因今次是自駕，所以酒店位置是沒問題的，但如果搭公車就不是太容易去到了。”

“Very friendly welcome and lovely attentive staff at breakfast. Fab food cooked to order for breakfast along with some premium fresh extras like pastries, granola and fruit. It was great having on site parking as this can be a problem when staying in Bath. The hotel and room was well decorated with all the amenities. The bed was very comfy as were the pillows, so had a couple of brilliant nights sleep. Only gripe of the whole stay was that the toliet seat must have broken at some point and had……

“The room itself is fine, but I encountered issues with the water temperature fluctuating in the shower. It's very difficult to control, especially during the winter season. Additionally, the location of the hotel is not very convenient for traveling in Bath, even if you have a car. (The center of Bath is always prone to traffic jams.) Overall, I believe the value of this selection is not good.”
