“This house was perfect for 13 adults (we got cozy), tons of room for all and the backyard was excellent for hanging out. Kitchen has all the amenities needed to cook and grill out. Only issue was landscaping on the outside patio. Lots of weeds and grass was overgrown. Besides that, great place to stay.”

There’s a Publix nearby and beach access right across the street. The beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella was clutch! Like picnic tables unable to be sat at due to rotting, replacement of a couple sticking sliding doors and more than 1 shuffle board stick with all parts that could be found in unorganized shed. “Good location. Close to pretty much everything you would want to walk to. There's a couple little grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, ice cream places, bars, surf shops, and of course the beach. The house itself has pots, pans, dishes, glasses, ect so you can cook. They left plenty of beach towels for just the two of us and had a beach wagon all ready to go as well. “This house was perfect for our group. It was very clean. There was plenty of space to eat and sleep and TONS of fun amenities - no one was bored. The communication with the property managers was amazing. I received friendly reminders about trash/recycling. We did have a minor issue one evening. I sent a text to the property managers to notify them. I received a phone call within 5 minutes of my text and the issues was resolved that evening. That is fantastic customer service. We had three families staying here and space was not an issue. We had a slight issue getting in the house to start but the host made it right. “Unsere Anreise war sehr entspannt, da wir Dank eines elektronischen Schlüssel sofort ins Haus konnten, obwohl wir erst gegen Mitternacht angekommen sind. Viele Dinge waren schon vor Ort, so dass wir diese erst gar nicht einkaufen mussten (Geschirrspülmittel, Abwaschutensilien, Kaffee, Kaffeefilter, Waschmittel, etc.) Somit reichte ein "kurzer" Einkauf in der Nacht aus, damit wir genug zum Frühstück hatten. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet: Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen,……

“We only stayed 1 night for a concert we were in town for, but we enjoyed our stay. There's a small lift gate to get in and out which is activated by your room card. There's a gate attendant who was very friendly and helpful upon our arrival. The front desk staff was also very welcoming and friendly. There was plenty of parking. Some of the buildings looked like they needed some work, but our room was nice, roomy, and clean. Had a small kitchen with tableware and a coffee maker and we had a nice……

“Very upscale, safe, quiet, new/modern property. Great coffee shop, burrito place and bars on same block. Easy and safe walk to Janus Landing, The Trop and other fun DTSP areas! 17-min drive to beautiful Treasure Island Beach. Wish parking was included, but used Park Mobile app and reasonable overnight, safe parking only 1/4 mi walk. Highly recommend Mint House!”
